GREAT RESULTS FROM OUR SCHOOLS

The achievement of a goal is always a matter of great joy and pride , but when it is reached by students that had dropped out, or by inmates who had never thought of going to school at all, the sensation is even greater.
To add colour to these achievement , a ceremony was held on the 17th of January in the correctional facility of Volterra, to award diplomas and encomium certificates to students of both the Institutes of surveying and hotel management , who had concluded the 2017-2018 academic year.
The ceremony was particularly important and significant for the facility, as in agreement with the Niccolini Institute of technology, commerce, and surveying , it reopened its doors to parents and their children, who through commitment did brilliantly well in their studies. It also marked the first ever completion of the five years Hotel Management course , which was a unique experience as its classes were comprised of external drop-out students and inmates .
Professor Alessandro Togoli coordinator of the Graziani section and Doctor Maria Grazia Giampiccolo, director of Volterra Correctional facility, handed study premium certificates to the following students: Mario, Luca, Roberto, Cristian, Jetmir, Massimo, Gaetano and Lucian; Final year national exams awards to Daniela, Antonio, Vito, Lucian and Sinan: high score encomium certificates to Alessandro, Paolo, Mario, Giuseppe, Elis, Luigi, Luca, Glay, Antonio, Urim, Roberto, Cristian, Mbaresim, Jetmir, Claudio, Massimo, Partick, Adrian, Vincenzo, Gaetano , Lucian, Sinan and Yuri. Among these, Antonio ,Lucian and Sinan obtained the maximum score of 100/100 in the surveying course while Vito obtained the same score in the gastronomy course.
The ceremony concluded with a sumptuous buffet prepared by students of the Institute of hotel management.
